Emre Akın, Chief Operating Officer of Nurol Makina’s European Operations, emphasized the need to strengthen defense industry cooperation between Türkiye and the UK. He announced that production of 4×4 armored vehicles will begin in 2025 at the manufacturing facility established in the UK in 2024. Akın noted that the UK’s regulatory framework and market structure provide a favorable environment for collaboration with Türkiye’s defense industry.
