Tarık Ongun, Board Member at Nurol REIT, stated that in response to current economic conditions, investors are expected to shift toward Real Estate Investment Funds (REIFs) in 2025. According to Ongun, REIFs will inject new energy into the market by offering accessible projects for individual investors. At the same time, limited office supply is likely to drive rental prices higher this year.
