The armored land vehicles produced by the Turkish defense industry, paves the way for the new exports receiving interest overseas. Most recently, Senegal purchased Ejder Yalçın, the 4×4 armored battle vehicle and Ejder TOMA, intervention vehicle for social events, both produced by Nurol Makina. Due to the interest shown in armored vehicles, Nurol Makina, which had a very active year in terms of production, delivery and new order in 2017, increased its exports to $50 million, which was $400.000 in the previous year. The company continues its success in capturing exports this year by adding new countries to its customer list.
