Nurol Real Estate Investment Partnership (GYO), rolled up its sleeves to develop a combined project to rise up to about 160 meters on the plot of 6 thousand 842 square meters purchased from Yıldız Technical University (YTU) neighboring the New Justice Palace and Çağlayan Square.
Deputy General Manager Tuğba Ensari of Nurol Real Estate Investment Partnership states that the works of demolition, commenced a short time ago, at the land would be completed soon and said, “The construction of the new project will start immediately. It is planned to commence the sales around the months of September or October.”
Stating that the project to be constructed in the form of a single tower would be built with a frontal to E5, Ensari reported “The back side of Nurol Çağlayan project is located very near to the subway line station and the metrobus stop.”
