The Turkish Contractors Association trusted the RGM Turkey with the management and maintenance of the new building that the Association ordered to be built in Ankara by planning every detail meticulously in a way to provide the contracting sector with a new vision. The RGM Company, which has been established under the partnership of the Nurol Holding and the German RGM Holding and has operated in the integrated facility management since 2010, has its TMB headquarter that provides integrated facility management services along with all the sub-branches such as technical management, warranty tracking, security, cleaning, reception and garden care, and the TMB headquarter is in the evaluation process as a candidate for LEED Platinum, with its energy efficient design and alternative air conditioning solutions applied for the first time in Turkey. The “warranty management”, which is one of the most important issues in real estate management with green building certification, stands out as one of the issues that the RGM Turkey teams lay the greatest emphasis on while bringing the facility into use.
