Mesa Mesken and Nurol joined forces once again for the villa project in Büyükçekmece, İstanbul. The 159 villa project on the 320 thousand meter square segment of the villa town to be established on a land with 1 million meter square area has been put into effect. In the first phase of the Yeşil Yaka entitled project, 56 apartments were put up for sale and 35 percent of these have been sold. Mesa Chairman of Board of Directors Erhan Boysanoğlu, remarking that one or two-storey houses are now only found in fairytales, stated, “We thought the fairytale was over. This fairytale found life once again with our Büyükçekmece project. We will create a new address for those who wish the land under their feet.” Nurol Member of Board of Directors Ceyda Çarmıklı Kılıçaslan, on the other hand, reminding that they have collectively established a new province in Bahçeşehir with Mesa, said, “We are aiming to achieve the same success in Büyükçekmece.” Prices of the villas in the project start from 2 million 510 thousand liras.
