Gebze-Orhangazi-İzmir Highway constructed with build-operate-and transfer model will be totally 433 km. consisting of 384 km. highway and 49 km. linking road. The current route taking 2 hours by car will be able to cover in 4 minutes through the bridge. An annual 650 million dollar saving is expected in this way. The national team motorcyclist Kenan Sofuoglu will make a 400 km. speed record test in the opening of the bridge.
