NurolBank has been awarded the FEM (Equal Opportunity Model) Certificate by the Women Entrepreneurs Association of Türkiye (KAGİDER), recognizing its human resources practices that promote gender equality and support women’s employment. This achievement follows an independent evaluation of the bank’s HR policies and highlights the integration of gender equality into NurolBank’s corporate culture.
The certificate ceremony was held at NurolBank’s headquarters. Among the attendees were Babür Hakarar, Assistant General Manager of NurolBank; Ceyda Carmıklı, Board Member of Nurol Holding; and Elif Özer, Group President of Nurol Holding. KAGİDER Board Members and leaders from its Private Sector Relations Committee also took part in the event. The certificate was presented to NurolBank Assistant General Manager Ebru Ersoy.
