Stating that they sold 500 houses in one month, Mr. Musa Aykaç, the General Manager of Nurol REIT, says: “The houses at Nurol Park gain 1 % premium per day. The investors will save 100 % when the project is completed.”
With its 60 million dollar investment, Nurol REIT has, in one month, sold more than 500 houses at Nurol Park, the construction of which was initiated on the land of Hürriyet Medya Towers on the Basın Ekspres Road. Underlining those sales continues to be managed at full stretch, Nurol REIT General Manager Musa Aykaç says the recent events have not affected the number of visits paid to the sales offices. Stating that they managed 80 interviews per day, Mr. Aykaç says that they are pleased with the interest.
