Upon the decree of the Council of Ministers published in the Official Gazette yesterday and put into effect; in case the deliveries and services within the scope of Special Consumption Tax are performed for NATO and the authorities determined on behalf of it for the facilities to be constructed in Turkey within the scope of these programs; Special Consumption tax shall not be paid. The subject companies are ; Limak owned by Nihat özdemir, Fenerbahçe Sports Club Deputy Chairman , Metiş owned by Kadir Sever , the former Chairman of Turkish Contractors Association, Gama owned by Erol Üçer, the contractor of Yuvacık Dam, Alarko, MÖN Construction owned by Nihat Özbağ, one of the administrators of Fenerbahçe, Nurol İnşaat, Yenigün Construction owned by Mithat Yenigün, one of the administrators of Fenerbahçe, and further companies executing NATO construction business.
