Arhavi Mayor Coşkun Hekimoğlu visited the Public Education Center started to 2016-2017 school year in its new building with its 18 classrooms and over 400 trainees. In his visit the Mayor thanked Nurettin Çarmıklı, Chairman of the Executive Board of Nurol Holding for his efforts on the assignment of the new building to the utilization of the Center.
