Stating that they have a receivable of 40 million dollars from the works they completed in Libya, Nurol Construction General Manager Ali Gümrükçüoğlu states, “First of all, we will send a few of our employees these to see whether we can find an addressee or not. There were road and university projects almost completed. The University buildings were damaged. If the flights take off and land, we will again go to Libya.”
