Nurol Real-Estate Investment Trust bought Hürriyet Media Towers for 127 million 500 thousand Dollars
Getting prepared to initiate the sales of the Nurol Tower Project developed recently on the land adjoining the Justice Palace, Nurol Real-Estate Investment Trust,through the declaration submitted to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), declared that an agreement on all conditions has been reached upon negotiations with Hurriyet Journalism for the purchase of 4 real-estate properties on a total area of 58 thousand 609,45 square meters, including the administrative building of Hürriyet Journalism and Printing Co., known in the public opinion as Hürriyet Media Towers and that the said real-estate properties were purchased by Nurol Reas-Estate Investment Trust for 127 million 500 thousand Dollars.
Nurol Real-Estate Investment Trust is planning to develop a real-estate project in this area.
