Under the Anti-Tank Vehicles (ATV) Project, in which FNSS is the prime contractor, deliveries of the serially produced platforms started in March following the deliveries of the first two KAPLAN ATVs on 25 December, 2019. According to a statement made by the Presidency of Defense Industries (SSB) on 23 March, six more KAPLAN ATVs have been delivered to the Turkish Land Forces. The contract signed on 27 June, 2016 between the SSB and FNSS for the ATV Project covers the development and production of 184 tracked vehicles (KAPLAN ATVs), 76 wheeled vehicles (PARS 4×4 ATVs), 64 KORNET-E Anti-Tank Remote Controlled Turrets (ARCTs) and 196 Medium Range Anti-Tank Weapon System (OMTAS) ARCTs. FNSS aims to complete the delivery of a total of 260 ATVs and 260 ARCTs by 2022.
