The number one supplier of the TuAF and specializing in the design, manufacture of treaded and tired armored vehicles, FNSS Savunma Sistemleri AS made an export business connections amounting to 7.7 billion dollars in one year and thus attained a hard-to-break record. Being the biggest exporter of the Turkish defense industry, renewed its own record of “The biggest defense industry product exporter of Turkey” with the contracts signed in 2010 and 2011. FNSS General Manager and CEO Nail Kurt pointed out that FNSS was an international brand and that the manufactured products were completely of Turkish design; and stated that the local and original defense vehicles of FNSS became the preferred products of many countries, leaving behind the competitor vehicles from countries such as USA, France and Germany.
