The KAPLAN STA is a new generation armored combat vehicle with a power-to-weight ratio of 21 Bg/ton, depending on combat weight. It is equipped with automatic transmission and designed to operate with main battle tanks.
The vehicle features a versatile platform design that enables it to undertake various missions by integrating different subsystems. The tracked, five-wheeled, low-silhouette KAPLAN STA is designed to withstand extreme climatic conditions and can achieve high-speed movement across muddy or rough terrain, as well as on asphalt or stabilized roads. Its advanced suspension track system is engineered to minimize vehicle vibration and enhance road handling.
