Batu Pasiner, General Director of Club Salime Holiday Village located at Kemer Beldibi region mentioned that they plan to increase the satisfaction and pleasure of customers by realized renovation works. Pasiner said that; “Demands and holiday understandings of customers are changing. It is required to perform these investments in order to catch up these changing demands and understandings and to correctly establish price and quality balance.” We performed these renovation works regarding the thoughts of our customers. Pasiner mentioned that they shall say “Hi” to season as of 12 April and summarized the renovation works: “Following the previous year’s successful season, we started renovation works in order to please our customers more than ever. We completely renewed our rooms. We created brand new rooms by renewing all furniture, woodwork, plastering, baths, ceramics and balconies. We think that they are beautiful. Of course it is our customer who shall give the final decision. After accommodation of our customers, we shall learn their thoughts. At the previous year, we have included some of our rooms into this renewal concept. Our guests who have accommodated in these rooms have forwarded their very affirmative thoughts to us. So regarding these affirmative feedbacks, we renewed all of the rooms”.
