Having purchased the land where HURRIYET Medya Towers are located in return for 127.5 million dollars, Nurol REIT will make an investment corresponding to a total of 340 million dollars. Put for sale with launch price of 2900 TRY per square meter, this project is, with all its functions, planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2016. The Nurol Park Project, which will be implemented on an area of 55 thousand square meters, will comprise of 1118 houses and hotel and office block covering 20 thousand square meter space in addition to approximately 70 street stores. Also, the Nurol Park will consist of 154 residences, 84 lofts and 880 tower apartments. Having made a speech at the introductory meeting of the project during which 317 apartments were sold, Mr. Musa Aykaç, the General Manager of Nurol REIT, stated that they designed the project as ‘life valley’.
