MEY İçki A.Ş Chairman of the Board of Directors Hüsnü Doğan expressed in relation with the transfer of majority shares of Mey İçki to TPG that; “with this agreement, parties agreed for a value of 900 million dollars for the totals shares of MAY and transferred 90 percent of company shares to TPG.” Doğan, upon some questions, informed that ; “the payment for the transfer of majority shares of Mey İçki’ to TPG was executed in advance previous day.”
