NUROL GYO will invest total 855 million dollars to three projects, it has built with the motto of “the investment to life” at Mecidiyeköy, Güneşli and Seyrantepe. The value of the investment of Nurol Tower project that is going to be actualized by the Company with the “Home Office – Home” concept on a 7000 square meter land at Mecidiyeköy is 165 million dollars. 321 single spaces consist of 270 home offices, 50 offices and 15 shops at shopping Centre floor and store. In the project that has 74, 878 square meter construction area, the unit price per square meter is changing between 5,000 to 7,500 dollars. The Nurol Park project raised on a land having 55,000 square meter area at Güneşli, on the way of Basın Ekspres composed of 512 flats and 119 offices. The investment cost of the project that has 322,000 square meters will be 360 million dollars. The approximate square meter price in the project is changing between 6,500 and 8,000 T.L. There will be 440 tower flats, 26 terrace houses, and 50 offices in the Nurol Life Project built on 9, 525 square meter land at Seyrantepe -Türk Telekom Arena stadium’s doorstep. The Nurol Life that to be built as a tower with 50 floors is implemented with an investment of 330 million dollars. In the project having 138,000 square meter construction area, the average square meter price is changing between 5,000 and 7,500 dollars.
