5 billion dollars refinancing package is created for about 7.4 billion dollars Gebze-Izmir highway which is one of the important projects started by TURKEY in the last period. Due that the construction is at completion stage and upon receipt of the Treasury guarantee, the term of the existing credit is extended and the interest is decreased. The Deutsche Bank has also participated in the refinancing credit in addition to eight Turkish Banks that have taken part at the first stage of the construction. The term, which was 7 years in previous financing, is extended to 15 years upon signing the package.
