LINK VILLAS

The Golf Link Villas is own by Dubai South DWC-LLC a Joint
Venture initiative of Emaar Development PJSC, supervised
by Khatib & Alami as the project consultant. The project is
located in Dubai World Central, a new mass housing area, for
construction of a total of 204 luxury villas over the course of
two years. The project, with a total gross area of 52.576 m , is

still under construction, which is scheduled for completion by
January 25, 2020.

BEACH VISTA

BUILDINGS

Beach Vista Buildings project is own by Emaar Development
PJSC and supervised by KEO International Consultants as
the project consultant. The project is an island between
Palm Jumeriah and Marina Area of Dubai, and includes
construction of twin high-rise water front residential towers
T1 (G+M+5P+33) and T2 (G+M+5P+26) over a fully landscaped
common podium (G+M+5) incorporating towers and other
amenities facilities in Dubai - UAE. The project is proceeding

for construction of total gross area of 104.476m , and is
expected to be completed by March 13, 2021.
