            CONSTRUCTION
                                                    THE SECTOR YET AGAIN



                                                    Nurol Construction was one of the first 10 companies to adopt the ISO 45001
                                                    standard issued in March 2018, and has successfully completed its audits for the
                                                    ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental
                                                    Management System, and the ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety
                                                    Management System, which were conducted by Tüv Nord as the independent
                                                    certification body. ISO 45001 is the leading international management system in
                                                    the field of Occupational Health and Safety, and as a recipient, Nurol Construction
                                                    is recognized for its ability to:
                                                    •   Proactively identify risks and opportunities while establishing a system
                                                        commensurate with its own objectives and strategies,
                                                    •   Involve its employees in OHS-related topics,
                                                    •   Identify the needs and expectations of interested parties,
                                                    •   Effectively lead OHS issues, and
                                                    •   Identify effective control methods regarding outsourced services and
                                                        contractors



                                                                         NUROL
             Nurol İnşaat has launched the Nurol Family Chats program.
             The primary objective of these events, planned in the process   FAMILY CHATS
             of the company’s transition to ISO 45001, is to allow Nurol
             Construction’s employees to play a more active role in the
             participation and consultation processes while raising  LAUNCHED
             awareness on governance standards.

             The meetings, organized by Project Managers, are planned to be
             held at least four times a year. All Nurol Construction employees
             will be represented at the meetings, respecting the proportion
             of white and blue collar employees across the company, and all
             will be encouraged to express their opinions on selected topics
             with a transparent approach. On the agenda will be various
             issues such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental
             Sensitivity, human resources and employee relations, relations
             with suppliers and subcontractors, anti-corruption, compliance
             with laws, protection of information owned by NUROL, and the
             safety and protection of assets.

                                                          LÖSEV AWARANESS EVENT



                                                          Employees from the Nurol İnşaat headquarters attended the “Wear your
                                                          mask and share your photo with hashtag @lösev1998” event organized by
                                                          LÖSEV on November 2, giving their time to the awareness raising activities
                                                          in the Children With Leukemia Week.

                                                          Members of Nurol Construction’s Board of Directors, the General Manager,
                                                          Department Managers and their employees took part in the event, during
                                                          which all employees joined the activity by wearing masks. People visiting
                                                          Nurol Construction during the week were also informed about the event and
                                                          took part in it. We can inspire hope among our children with leukemia by
                                                          supporting LÖSEV, which has to date built a village, hospital and school for
                                                          children with leukemia.
