obstacles and struggles. It is a pride for all of us how Mr. Nurettin ÇARMIKLI and his valuable
brothers Mr. Erol ÇARMIKLI and Mr. Oğuz ÇARMIKLI brought this huge responsibility up today by
preserving it in unity and solidarity and with a great effort of accomplishing to the best.

Giving an enormous importance to a balanced and sustainable growth within the target of
accomplishing the best, NUROL has been reached up today with a great institutional culture and
will continue to walk to better tomorrows with pride. We are grateful to our valuable founders and

We will prepare our next issue in a quite comprehensive way related to our 50th anniversary.
In this issue we hosted Mr. Nurettin Akdeniz, the General Manager of NUROL Construction
Company, the flagship of our Group. He has been participated to our Group in 2010, in the Gebze-
İzmir Highway Project and then took his new Office as of March 2015. Our dynamic manager,
made time for us despite of his stucked schedule and sincerely answered our questions. At the
end of the interview, he completed his words as such: “As a member of a huge family, I aim to
raise the NUROL flag to higher places under the leadership of our bosses” .

Another interesting coverage we give place in our magazine this month is the completion
of Southern Access Viaduct Project. We had an interview with our Project Manager, Cengiz F.
will read the interview curiously.
