Ordu 6.500 m long \u201c\u00d6celi Tunnel\u201d which is the first stage and which is the most challenging part of Ring Road Project was started to be used. Company authorities assumed the construction mentioned that \u201cBlack Sea Coast Road has been started to be used as of 2007 aiming to reduce local traffic load and to provide required standards for transit traffic. However, Ordu provincial passage has been the most blocking section of 542 km long coast road  and most of the time has been lost in this section of the road. Heavy commercial trucks and vehicles loaded by dangerous substances are still using the roads passing through City Center and this brings serious risks for citizens and the city.
