Arslan while mentioning that they have not had any credit problem during any phase of the Project, he also siad that they would be especially needing TL300 millions of additional allocation in the second half of the year. Arslan, stressing tha fact the Project will be completed by the end of 2012, added by saying that \u201dthe archeological excavations were supoposed to take one year only but they took five years.
