The Department of Special Operation ordered another 50 armored vehicles that ensures getting effective results during sudden attacks, with its superior ballistic protection property. Each vehicle that ensures full protection against to all kinds of bomb including of handmade explosive, mine, rocket will cost 550.000 Euro. The 4 x 4 Armored vehicles will be sent to the \u201ccritical\u201d provinces as regard with terrorist actions such as Hakkari, \u015e\u0131rnak, Diyarbak\u0131r, Siirt, Batman, Mardin, Van, Tunceli. No casualties have been experienced on EjderYal\u00e7\u0131nlar, used in the operations in Hakkari, \u015e\u0131rnak, Tunceli and Mardin. It is learned that the police special team, strengthened by the operational armored vehicle aspect will be missioned as \u201cactive\u201d against to PKK. The heavy machine gun and grenade launcher mounted on the top turret is fired by a joy stick. At the clashes of the special team companion, the targets can be blazed away from inside without climbing up to the top turret. 12.7 or 7.62 mm machine gun, 24 mm antiaircraft gun and 40 mm grenade launcher are placed on the top turret.
