The &#8216;Ye\u015filyaka&#8217; entitled project is located at a sloping site of 320 thousand meter square.<\/p>\n<p>The first phase of Ye\u015filyaka project, comprised of 56 detached duplex villas, has been put up for sale. Consisted of a lagoon with an area of 1,500 meter square and greenspace of 180 thousand meter square, the said phase will be handed over in October of 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Each of the first phase villas within the villa complex, composed of type A and type B villas of 370 and 380 square meter areas, respectively, hold a land area of 1 decare.
