In this operation in which 11 tubes shall be submerged to  the part of Bosphorus with thousand 384 meter long, \u201ctube tunnel\u201d has been mounted to the sea bottom by  being submerged 4 centimeters every hour by  a 8 hours \u2013 operation  and placed into the trench dug on the sea bottom. It has been declared that ;  remaining 10 units of tube tunnels &#8211; 135 meter long,  weighted at 18 thousand tons   and  8.5 meter height- shall be mounted to the sea bottom in every  45 days.  Minister Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m, upon a question, recorded that the financial value of one tube tunnel costs  35 million dollars  and stated that the project shall connect two continents 60 meter under the water  and divided railed system shall be inserted.
