FNSS Defense Systems Inc. which attracts interest with its different types of personnel and combat vehicles produced by Turkish Armed Forces, shall now produce mobile water attack bridge for Ground Forces Command. Upon the system has been included into Turkish Armed Forces\u2019 inventory in 2010, Ground Forces Command shall not experience stream obstacle problem in operations. Mobile water attack bridge production contract was signed in FNSS\u2019 s armored vehicle research and development facilities in G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131 yesterday. The contract with the price of 133 million dollars was signed by Minister of National Defense G\u00f6n\u00fcl, Undersecretary of Defense Industry Murar Bayar, Nurol Holding Chairman of the Board of Directors Nurettin \u00c7arm\u0131kl\u0131, FNSS Defense Systems Inc. General Director H\u00fcseyin Esenerg\u00fcl and FNSS Project Manager Semiha Ya\u015far. In the Project, FNSS shall produce 52 units of 8×8 Pars rubber wheeled armored vehicle to be used as mobile water attack bridge. Following the prototype development to last for 36 months, 33 months- production stage shall begin. The first delivery to Ground Forces is set forth to be performed in early 2010.
