BMC, FNSS  and OTOKAR Companies have been working on the design for a long time. The tender was opened as the preparations have  been resulted positively.  A provision; \u201c should be located in Turkey and more than 50% of its capital should be owned by Turkish real and legal persons\u201d has been introduced to the Specification.   Document for Call for Tender has been received by three companies involved with the design.
