After nearly 35 years of partnership with BAE Systems, this historic agreement establishes FNSS as a fully domestically owned entity. At a press conference in Ankara\u2019s G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131 district, Nurol Holding Board Member G\u00fcrol \u00c7arm\u0131kl\u0131 and FNSS General Manager K. Nail Kurt emphasized that this acquisition is the result of a long-standing strategic collaboration spanning 35 years.<\/p>\n<p>Company representatives confirmed that FNSS\u2019s existing operational structure will remain unchanged, with its heritage and strategic vision further strengthened. FNSS aims to expand its presence in international markets with platforms such as Kaplan, Pars, Kunduz, and MAV (Marine Assault Vehicle), reinforcing T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s defense industry on a global scale.
