Japanese chef Otsuka Koki partnered with the hotel&#8217;s Executive Chef Zeki A\u00e7\u0131k\u00f6z to create a menu that blends Japanese and Turkish cuisine. During the event&#8217;s opening remarks, Ambassador of Japan to Ankara, Katsumata Takahiko, praised Turkish cuisine. He highlighted its unique fusion of Eastern and Western influences, diverse cultural elements, and extensive use of ingredients and cooking techniques.
