\nSelim Bayba\u015f, CEO of Nurol Teknoloji, reflected on the year 2023, saying: “We’ve left behind another year filled with its share of ups and downs, joy and sorrow. While another year has passed, we also welcome a new year full of hope. In 2023, we experienced profound sadness due to the loss of lives from natural disasters in our country. Additionally, wars continue to rage in neighboring regions, which deeply affects us all. We hope these conflicts will end soon and that lasting peace will prevail. Despite these challenges, we had a momentous celebration on October 29, 2023, as a nation. We felt great pride and enthusiasm celebrating the 100th anniversary of our glorious Republic, founded by our Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk and his comrades-in-arms. At the start of each new year, many of us reflect on our plans and resolutions. We ponder what we will and won’t do in the coming year. Some of us fulfill these resolutions, while others don’t. The situation is similar for companies. At the beginning of each year, companies also make plans, setting sales targets, production goals, and identifying new customers and markets.
