Minister Uralo\u011flu stated that the second phase of the Ordu ring road is planned to open to traffic in 2025, mentioning, \u201cMost likely in 2025.\u201d The Ordu ring road is a critical project aimed at alleviating traffic congestion in the region, improving transportation efficiency, and enhancing safety.
