Attendees had the opportunity to savor the &#8216;Aegean&#8217; concept menu meticulously prepared by the hotel&#8217;s chef, Zeki A\u00e7\u0131k\u00f6z. In his opening remarks, Ertan All\u0131 highlighted Cha\u00eene des R\u00f4tisseurs&#8217; rich history dating back to the 1200s and its current presence in metropolitan cities worldwide. All\u0131 emphasized that Cha\u00eene des R\u00f4tisseurs serves as a gathering of friendship and gastronomy, providing insights into its dining etiquette. He also noted that, as a mark of respect for the chef, there were no salt or spices on the tables.
