The protocol was signed by G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131 District Governor Erol R\u00fcstemo\u011flu, G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131 District Director of National Education Serap Y\u0131lmaz, G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131 Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Principal \u00dcmmet Kaya, and FNSS General Manager and CEO K. Nail Kurt in a ceremony held at FNSS&#8217;s facilities in G\u00f6lba\u015f\u0131.
