In addition, the Il\u0131su Dam is the world\u2019s largest dam i n terms of fill volume and body length in the Concrete-Face Rock-Fill Dam type. The project was finalized on\u00a0 July 19, 2019, and the first power generation in the power plant building consisting of a total of 6 units was accomplished on May 19, 2020, with the participation of the President of the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye.
