HAVELSAN, which produced a land vehicle simulator for the first time in its history for the project, installed its simulator within a military facility. The 600 million-dollar contract, signed for the development and production of 257 8&#215;8 Wheeled Armored Combat Vehicle AV8s in 12 different configurations, is the largest single contract ever signed by Turkey for a defense system. Developed based on FNSS\u2019 Pars 8&#215;8 Wheeled Armored Vehicle, the vehicles will form the backbone of the Malaysian Army.
