The Anti-Tank Vehicles Project is being carried out under a contract signed between the Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) and FNSS, one of Turkey\u2019s armoured land vehicles manufacturers. FNSS, which made the lightest member of the KAPLAN vehicle family ready for production as a tracked anti-tank vehicle, and the PARS 4&#215;4 vehicle as a wheeled anti-tank vehicle, successfully integrated the KORNET missile into its anti-tank turret last year, and integrated ROKETSAN&#8217;s Medium Range Anti-Tank Weapon System (OMTAS missile) this year.<br \/>\nWhile the first OMTAS firing from KAPLAN while stationary was successfully conducted in February, the vehicle has since then reached a maturity level that allows firing when on the move. In recently conducted tests, Turkey&#8217;s \u201cnew generation anti-tank vehicles\u201d PARS and KAPLAN, were integrated with the OMTAS missile, successfully hit the intended targets while the vehicles were on the move. The first KAPLAN anti-tank vehicles will soon be presented to the Turkish Land Forces as a pilot delivery.
