Our group entered into the business realm with the foundation of Nurol Construction & Trade Inc. as a collective company in 1966. Due to the growing number of subsidiaries and ever-increasing business volume, Nurol Holding Inc. was established in 1989. This was the initial step towards the institutionalization of the Nurol Group under a new corporate identity. Presently, Nurol Holding Inc. continues to provide multi-aspect coordination and integration between subsidiary firms, delegation of responsibilities and specialization, incorporation of global attributes to overall goals, improvement of competitiveness, close followup of the latest advances in technology as well as effective implementation of the corporate vision throughout the Group.

Our Group also provided assistance to Turkey's national defense and continues to provide support to contribute to the strength of the Turkish defense industry with its specialized staff, technological capabilities, creative designs and production. FNSS improved the Tracked Armored Combat Vehicles with its sister company Nurol Machinery & Industry Inc. The vehicle prototypes tested by the Turkish Army passed all requirements satisfactorily. Moreover, Nurol Machinery has gained reputable status in the international marketplace, exporting its products worldwide.

The Nurol Group of Companies achieved great accomplishments in the construction and defense business areas. Now, we intend to achieve success in the fields of energy, high-tech and telecommunications sectors as well. Turkey will inevitably be confronted with an energy shortage problem. Within a short period of time, Turkey is destined to become a country of power terminals.
