Karum Real Estate Management and Trading Company Inc. was founded in Ankara in 1991, to manage Karum Trade and Shopping Center. The main services the company provides are security, cleaning, public relations, exhibition and promotion activities, advertisement, collection of membership fees and funds management, maintenance and repair, heating, airconditioning, cooling, parking-lot management, shop-mix organization and renting properties.
On the basis of its previous experiences up today, Karum Management is also engaged in project developments to manage preopening and post-opening activities.
Our company’s activities are as follows:
KARUM TRADE AND SHOPPING-CENTER:
As being the first shopping center in Ankara, it upholds its popularity with an average rate of 100.000 visitors per week, although Karum has many competitors in the meanwhile. Since 1991, the management of Karum has been carried out with 47 personnel in security, cleaning, technical assistance, public relations and administrative and financial affairs.
KARUM PARKING-LOT:
Commercial-used parking-lot in Karum has a capacity of 500 vehicles. Its management has been carried out with 15 personnel since 1991.
NUROL RESIDENCE:
The dwellers of Nurol Residence began residing as of June 2002. A security system of an advanced technology “CCTV” has been installed among Nurol Residence. All internal and external events are observed and recorded 24 hours by cameras from a center at the residence. In addition to the security services, Health and Sports Center, public relations, technical service, landscape arrangement and cleaning departments, the entire operation activities have been managed by our company.
NUROL PLAZA:
Nurol Plaza is being located at a commercially strategic area in İstanbul since 1997. Heating, cooling, air-conditioning, fire and security systems are connected to an automation system which is controlled by the center on the management floor. Its management has been carried out with 23 personnel in security, cleaning, technical assistance, public relations and administrative and financial affairs, since 1997.
SHERATON HOTEL PARKING-LOT:
The management services of the Ankara Sheraton Hotel & Convention Center’s Parking-Lot and Car Wash have been carried out by our firm with 10 personnel since October 2005. It has a capacity of 200 vehicles and it is open for 24 hours.
