NUROL LLC

NUROL LLC has started its activities with headquarters in Abu Dhabi, in 2003 by taking the precious support of NUROL Construction Co. experience.

After a short period of preparation and project development activities NUROL LLC had added among its completed works, the Al Reem Island Sea Bridge Connection in Abu Dhabi, Nakheel International City Package 12 Residences including 34 Residential Blocks having a total closed area of 185.000 m2 and Nakheel International City Package 9 Residences including 29 Residential Blocks having a total closed area of 140.000 m2. Besides, Khalidiya Palace Rotana Hotel and Residences Project, including one luxurious hotel block and three residential blocks and the first contract of the three undertaken at Shams Abu Dhabi including 13 sea bridges and 4 km long artificial canal structure have been brought to completion at the end of 2009.

Among our current contracts, the major ones are; IP44 and Sea Palace Intersections Project comprised of two consecutive intersections including tunnel and bridge crossings and the two contracts including canals, pedestrian crossings and sea bridge no:4 at Shams Abu Dhabi. Most recently, we have been awarded the Bab Al Qasr Multipurpose Complex project in Abu Dhabi including a tower of 155.000 m2 closed area with luxurious hotel, residences and office sections.

Furthermore, despite the recession conditions faced in Dubai, our commitments in Jumeirah Village though the North Infrastructure Works Project, which includes all urban infrastructure works and road works over an area of 400 ha. and Triangle Zone 1 Villas and Townhouses including turnkey realization of 856 villas/townhouses have progressed considerably.

NUROL LLC with its works mentioned above is continuing to be the symbol of pride for NUROL in the Gulf Region.

NUROL LIBYA

In Libya, our another venue of activity which gained prominence recently, Coastal Road Algarabolli-Misuratah Section Project, Al Fateh University, Schools of Economics and Law Buildings and Al Fateh University, Physical Education Faculty Building and Landscaping Works Projects are under the engagement of Nurol Construction and Trading Co. Inc. Total value of projects undergoing in Libya is over 300 Million USD.

NUROL ALGER

The first contract of NUROL Alger, established in 2003 is Douera Dam Project. The Project, located at a 20 km distance in the southern-west region of the Algiers the Capital of Algeria is comprised of construction of an earth fill dam with clay core. The Project is scheduled to be completed in 2010 and the contract value is 65 Million USD.

NUROL GEORGIA LLC

Starting its works in 2006 within the scope of the efforts by the NUROL Group for expanding its medium-term field of activities, NUROL Georgia has assumed the task of an active representative for NUROL Group, which itself aims at playing an active role in the process of independence and restructuring experienced in Georgia.

In this context, NUROL Georgia undertook the Batumi Luxury Hotel Complex in 2007 as its first project, which is completely financed by NUROL. The hotel, including the entire design items, has 27.000 m2 of indoor space with a 220 room tower and ancillary buildings and is brought into
completition stage at the end of 2009, which will be available for the operation as of 2010 season. In 2007, the company also undertook the Police Center Complex Project in Tbilisi, where the Ministry of Interior of Georgia is acting as the employer.

NUROL SAUDI

Activities of NUROL Construction Co. in the KSA have been initiated in the early 80’s. The activities held through major projects such as Yanbu Industrial City Residential Facilities, Makkah City Water Supply and Sewerage Network and Riyadh City Sewerage System, are being re-activated to project realization phase through NUROL Saudi LLC as of the year 2008.

NUROL RUSYA

The activities held in the Russian Federation and Middle Asia (CIS) Countries have been initiated through the affiliates in 1991 and as of today its scope has been expanded to a region covering Russia, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, and even Afghanistan. Our regional activities have been carried out under our regional directorate established in Moscow in 2005.
