Our company, Nurol L.L.C., was established in the United Arab Emirates in 2003 by Nurol Construction and Trading Company Co. Inc. and H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan. Nurol Construction and Trading Company Co. Inc., headquartered in Ankara, Turkey, has been a general contractor since 1966 with the current activities in total fourteen countries in Asia, Europe, and Africa. Both Nurol L.L.C. and Nurol Construction and Trading Company Co. Inc. are the members of the Nurol Group of Companies, which is currently comprised of nearly 40 companies in Turkey and abroad, operating in a wide spectrum of sectors.
Nurol L.L.C. has offices in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and holds a special category license in Infrastructure, Roads, Tunnels, Bridges, Highrise and Mass Housing Projects, Steel Structures, Dams, and Utilities Services to undertake construction activities in the United Arab Emirates and GCC Countries.
Although we have been operating in the U.A.E. for only eight years, over this short period of time we have shown an exemplary record of growth having over eight thousand employees and have already successfully completed seven projects; totaling 503 million $:

Currently we have four ongoing projects in the Emirates and having over two thousand employees, two of them in Abu Dhabi and two in Dubai, totaling over 792 million $:

In addition to these, we are in the running for several prestigious projects, either through tenders or through direct negotiations with clients, and we are confident that our portfolio of awarded contracts will continue to grow in line with the reputation we are building for ourselves in the U.A.E. market despite the global economic downturn.

History;
Gebze – Orhangazi – İzmir Motorway (including İzmit Bay Crossing and Connection Roads) tender has been finalized on April 9th 2009, and NOMAYG (Nurol – Özaltın – Makyol – Yüksel – Göçay)’s offer was selected as the best bid for construction and operation period of total 22 years and 4 months.
MOTORWAY INVESTMENT and OPERATION CO. INC. was founded on September 20th, 2010 in Ankara, specifically for the construction, operation and transfer works of the proposed Gebze – Orhangazi – İzmir Motorway (including İzmit Bay Crossing and Connection Roads) BOT project.
The Project’s Application Agreement has been executed between General Directorate of Highways and MOTORWAY INVESTMENT and OPERATION CO. INC. On September 27th, 2010.
Gebze leg of commencement ceremony of Gebze – Orhangazi – İzmir Motorway was performed on October 28, 2010 in Kocaeli Province, Dilovası County, and the İzmir leg of commencement ceremony was performed on February 27th, 2011 on Alsancak Cumhuriyet Square.
In 2010 Our company; Has carried out related Works of Gebze - Orhangazi – İzmir Highway project undertaken (including İzmit Bay Crossing and Connection Roads) within the scope of Built Operate Transfer Law (Law No:3996) in order to provide preparatory activities and project financing before the beginning of the project by purchasing services such as ground studies of Gulf, ground studies of highway route, legal infrastructure works of project and the project consulting works.
The Project and Route
This new project will shorten the route by 140 km comparing with the current state route. Thus the current travel time will fall from 8 – 10 hours to 3,5 – 4 hours and in return it will provide savings up to TRY 870 million per year. Starting point of the project is Gebze. Within the scope of the project, the highway connecting İzmit Gulf located between Dilovası and Hersek Burnu to the Ovaakça Junction and Bursa ring road with approximately 3000 m suspension bridge by going through Orhangazi and Gemlik. The highway right after the newly completed Bursa ring road arrives at Balıkesir by way of starting from Karacabey Junction, east of Ulubat Lake, south of Mustafa Kemal Paşa and north of Susurluk. Heading towards south from west of Balıkesir, passing the towns such as Savaştepe, Soma, Kırkağaç, respectively, it heads towards west from Turgutlu in paralel with İzmir – Uşak state road, and joins to Anadolu High School junction via İzmir ring road. The project consists of 377 km highway and 44 km linking road and it is 421 km in total.

Enova was established in 2003 with the partnership of Nurol and Ozaltin in order to produce and sell electric energy. Our company, has obtained Ceyhan Hydroelectric Plant's production license for 49 years with the build-operate model by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority in 2006.
Our project Oskan and Berkman, which is a consecutive regulator and power plant over Ceyhan River in Osmaniye, is expected to produce 250 million kWh energy annually with its 63 MW installed power.
Our renewable energy project with the investment value of approximately 168 million USD and 660 people of employment creation, will contribute to carbon oscillation by reducing 160.000 tons of CO2.
Ceyhan HEPP’s (its units have been commisioned consecutively in 2010) operating team is increasing its experience for optimum operating conditions and also carrying out marketing and sales of generated electricity energy with its trading team. Generated electricty is sold under competetive free market conditions.
On behalf of Nurol and Özaltın groups, while developing a business plan standing on a long term operation and taking position in energy sector, Enova Energy also contributes to the region with its social welfare projects. In Karagedik and Kumarlı villages, construction of a primary school and a mosque were undertaken by our company for the purpose of social welfare.
Our Company undertook and successfully completed an important investment at energy field, which plays a leading role in the development of countries. At the same time, it also endeavors to make the society’s social level better. Social welfare projects, which become more important and supported all around the world, are very supportive and helpful for all communities, especially for people at where the projects are realized.

Established in 2008, Nurol Gulf W.L.L. is known for its expertise in the design, fabrication, erection and commissioning of heavy structural steel works such as mega hangars, airport terminal buildings, stadium and sport facilities, warehouses, architectural facade steel works, bridges as weel as industrial steel works such as boilers, heat exchangers, carbon steel and stainless steel piping, spoolworks, pressure vessels, API tanks, turn key industrial plants, cement factory equipments, electrostatic precipitators, power house cranes, portal cranes and harbour cranes and material handling systems.
Nurol Gulf W.L.L. fabrication plant, which is located in the New Industrial Area in Doha, is built on a 46.406 square meter plot of which 19.000 square meters of covered production facility, and it is the largest and the most developed plant in Qatar in the fields of steel construction and industrial structures. The plant is equipped with CNC plasma & oxy cutting machines, CNC pipe cutting machine, CNC band saw line, CNC drilling line, automated beam welding line, automated column and boom welding line, inlet and outlet shot blasting lines, plate bending machine, hydraulic presses, painting facilities (the biggest in Qatar), a welding school, administration building, stock yards and sheds. Nurol Gulf W.L.L. takes pride in completion of two Qatar Foundation keystone facilities in Education City, namely Al Shaqab Academy Project and the structural steel works for the atriums of Sidra Medical and Research Center.

Nurol Georgia LLC., established in 2006 and based in Batumi, has began its activities by undertaking the construction of the Sheraton Batumi Hotel which was completed and opened to service in 2010.
The construction of Georgia Ministry of Internal Affairs Police Forces Headquarter Complex was another undertaking of our company which began in 2007 and completed in 2009.
Despite the negative conditions experienced in 2008, Nurol Georgia restlessly continues to progress with new projects. It also conducts its activities within the scope of Namakhvani HEPP Project with Build - Own - Operate Model in order to build the processes with Nurol Energy as co-investor.
Construction works of the project which will have a total production capaticy of 450 MW is planned to start within the next year.

NIBV has started to run a business in the Netherlands on 10 November 2000.
The foundation purpose of the company has been to assess the possible opportunities in the sectors, which Nurol operates in the European Union and Eastern Europe and to explore the investment options. To attain this goal, NIBV has participated in Europower Centrum Sp. Z.o.o and MN Development companies, which were founded in Poland and have been functioning in the Real Estate industry. Under the umbrella of Europower, a shopping mall was completed. As of 2010, with considerable observed revival in the Real Estate sector, there has been a search of opportunities for real estate development in the Eastern European countries.

EPC has started doing business in Poland on 25 November 2003 with the interest shares of NIBV (37%), Mesa (37%) and Deporium (26%). The company’s first investment was Maximus Wholesalers Center, which was opened in 2005 with the participation of the Prime Ministers of Poland and Turkey to the opening ceremony. The investment, built on a 25 hectares area in 111 hectares of land, is considered the largest of its kind in Eastern Europe and was sold in May 2007. Subsequently, Euromax Sp. Z.o.o. has been merged with Euro Power in 2010 and the main investment area of the company has been densely focused on the residential construction. Euro Power is developing a residential project on the land of Nadarzyn of 310.000 m2 that is planned for almost 3.000 residences. At the same time, another residential construction project has been initiated in Warsaw.
