The manufacturing site is equipped with the most modern and fully automated equipment, including systems that can sinter and hot press up to 2400 degrees Celsius, multiple huge continuous furnaces up to 1700 degrees Celsius, vacuum furnaces, reaction bonded systems and many other machineries together with a fully equipped quality control laboratory for serving our customers for the most advanced, high quality, most economical technical ceramic products.

In addition to advanced ballistic armor solutions for the defence industry, our company also manufactures cutting tools for machining, rotor tips for VSI crushers, drill bits, stone cutting tips, hard metal picks and rubber-based ceramic wear plates for mining and construction industries. Custom-made carbide produtcs for wear applications are also in our product range. Nurol Technologies is capable of meeting the needs of various sectors such as automotive, textile, paper and medical.
Nurol Technologies apply composite armors to the president‘s residence as part of collective project carried out together with Tübitak Marmara Research Center in 2008.
Nurol Technologies produces every kind of ballistic armor solutions for the needs of Turkish Armed Forces.
In this context;
- One of the projects which is Undersecretary of Defense Industry, National Ship (MIL-GEM) ballistic armoring project carried out by Nurol Technologies Inc.
- Our company produces, ballistic protection personnel vests, for the needs of Turkish National Police and Turkish Special Armed Forces Command.
In addition to this, Nurol Technologies is also manufacturing advanced ballistic armors for the locomotives and railway cars of the Turkish Republic Governments Railways (T.C.D.D).
Nurol Technologies will design and produce the “Thermal Vacuum Chamber” in order to perform “Thermal Balance” and “Thermal Vacuum Cycling, Verification and Reliability” tests in accordance with the contract signed between Nurol Technologies and Tusaş.
Power market is one of the fast growing markets in the world. Global warming, polution and increasing power requirements encourage people to new technologies and alternative energy resources. Consequently, our company has decided to launch the project of solar cell by using its experience and existent resources. For this purpose and prior to investment, we have created a seperate R&D studying on infrastructure, pure silicon ingot and silicon wafers in order to manufacture photovoltaic modules.
